2010
Election!
The 2010 Annual Meeting for all homeowners is set for
Saturday, January 9, 2010, 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. at Gray's Creek
Elementary School.
Two Board of Director seats will be open in 2010 and nominations
from the floor will be taken and voted on at the meeting. If you
are interested in serving on the Board, please complete the
attached
Candidacy Notice. Volunteers are always needed and requested
fill the various roles on the Committees.
If you cannot make the Annual Meeting, please make sure you
complete and return your Absentee Ballot. Out-of-state
homeowners are requested to submit their Absentee Ballot or
contact the Board to request a Absentee Ballot by Proxy Form.

meetings will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in

ACC
will meet on the same dates/location as the Board meetings and will be
held preceding the Board meeting from 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. The Board
meetings are held 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
If you would like to attend the meetings,
please email the Board
prior to the date of the meeting to confirm the date is confirmed, as
well as the location.
If you would like to be added to
the agenda, you must advise the Board, in writing, no less than 24
hours prior to the meeting.
