Livingston Parish Fair

The Livingston Parish Fair is held the second full week in October at the Livingston Parish Fair Grounds on U.S. Hwy 190 just west of the town of Livingston.  The fair features a parade, rodeo, midway, livestock show, school and crafts exhibits, beauty pageant, cheerleader competition, a spelling bee, Old Folks Day and more.

 
Livingston Parish Kids Fun Day

Kids Fun Day is held the second Saturday in June.  Free rides, food and entertainment.  Sponsored by Sheriff Willie Graves.

 
Denham Springs Christmas Parade

Held each year on the Saturday before the beginning of the public schools' Christmas vacation.  The parade begins at Denham Springs High School on N. Range Ave. and proceeds south on Range Ave. to Highpoint Blvd.  Features marching bands, drill units, horses, floats and other units.

 
Denham Springs Mardi Gras Parade

This family-oriented parade is held the second Saturday before Mardi Gras.  The parade rolls at 3 p.m. south on Range from Jackson St. and disbands at Highpoint Blvd.  Features marching bands, drill units, horses, floats and other units.
